Family Planning/Pregnancy Testing

Our Family Planning program provides preventive and reproductive health care services to both men and women.

Franklin County Health Department observes all HIPPA requirements. You may authorize us to allow a specific individual to pick up information or supplies for you. By law, minors may receive services without parental knowledge or consent.

Services include:

• Health education
• Contraceptive services
• Physical examination for women on admission and annual exam
• Pregnancy testing, counseling, and referral
• Contraceptive refills and quick starts are available by appointment
• HIV testing, STD exams and treatment are available by appointment

Appointments are available on Thursdays for well-woman/well-man physicals.

Nurse Practitioner Susan Moore brings over 30 years of experience in family care, women’s and men’s health, immunizations, and preventive services. She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life.
