Check and Payment stub can be sent to: 315 S. Main St., Room 107, Ottawa, KS 66067-2335

Drop Box
Check and Payment stub can be dropped in the  payment drop box located in front of the Historic Courthouse

Online

  • https://franklinks-atpro-pa.tylerhost.net/
  • Online payment requires the authorization code printed on the statement. 
  • The online payment portal shuts off at midnight, on the due dates of December 20, 2024 and May 12, 2025.
