Consider approval of Special Use Permit Application #2308-2083 (Malone) to allow for the construction and operation of a greenhouse/nursery in the R-E, Residential Estate Zoning District. Pat Toth, Planning & Building Director.

Consider approval of Special Use Permit Application #2308-2082 (Voth) to allow for a small seasonal hunting cabin in an A-1, Agricultural Zoning District. Pat Toth, Planning & Building Director.

3.

Consider the approval rezoning application #2307-2077 (Vega) to rezone approximately 45.75 acres from the A-1, Agriculture District to the A-2, Transitional Agriculture District, and rezoning application #2307-2078 (Vega) to rezone approximately 32.11 acres from the A-1, Agriculture District to the R-E, Residential Estate District.
