Discuss with the Commissioners a change from our current company that allows credit card purchases to a new company with a lower percentage rate. Jody Edwards, Franklin County Treasurer.

Consider for approval the WIC contract dated October 1st, 2022, to September 30th, 2023. Brenda Pfizenmaier, Director of Public Health.

3.

Consider for approval the Southeast Kansas Multi-County Health Department (SEKMCHD) WIC contract dated December 1st, 2022, to September 30th, 2023. Brenda Pfizenmaier, Director of Public Health.

4.

Consider for approval the East Central Kansas Area Agency on Aging (ECKAAA) grant dated October 1st, 2022, to September 30th, 2025. Brenda Pfizenmaier, Director of Public Health.

5.

Consider awarding the financing bid to Kansas State Bank in the amount of $558,744.66 for two 2022 140-15AWJ Motor Graders. W. David Lee, Director of Public Works.
