Items listed on the 'Consent Agenda' are considered routine and shall be enacted by one motion of the Board of Commissioners with no separate discussion.  If separate discussion is desired by a member of the Governing Body, that item may be removed from the 'Consent Agenda' and placed on the regular agenda 'Items of Business.'

Consider And Approve Claim Vouchers And Tax Change Orders.

Consider And Approve Franklin County Commission Meeting Minutes For July 14, 2021.

ITEMS OF BUSINESS:

1.

Consider for approval entering into contract for commercial appraisal services with Eugene Bryan for the 2022 valuation year in the amount of $40,000. Jamie Wilson, County Appraiser.

2.

Consider approving a proposal from Bartlett & West to provide Survey and Conceptual Design Services for the Franklin County Public Works facilities at 1939 S. Elm Street in Ottawa, Kansas for a fee of $50,000. W. David Lee, Public Works Director.

3.

Consider approval to enter contract negotiations with Bartlett & West to provide design services for the widening of Old 50 Highway in Franklin County. W. David Lee, Public Works Director.

4.

Consider appointing one (1) member to the Franklin County Planning Commission. Kenneth Cook, Planning & Building Director.

5.

Consider waiving the building permit fee for a new residence for Amber Parkison. Kenneth Cook, Planning & Building Director.
