Consider for approval entering into EMS Station Agreement with the City of Wellsville and executing the authorizing Resolution. Derek Brown, County Administrator.

Consider for approval entering into the Dispatch System Contribution Agreement with the City of Wellsville and executing the authorizing Resolution. Derek Brown, County Administrator.

3.

Review the proposed Resolution to submit a question to the County Election Officer to be placed on the General Election ballot to eliminate the 30% food sales requirement on liquor by the drink in Franklin County. Janet Paddock, County Clerk.

Consider the approval of rezoning application #2304-2047 (Serrone) to rezone approximately 38.00 acres from the A-2, Transitional Agriculture District to the R-E, Residential Estate District. Pat Toth, Planning & Building Director.

5.

Consider the approval of rezoning application #2304-2049 (Wilkinson) to rezone approximately 10.60 acres from the R-E, Residential Estate District to the A-2, Transitional Agriculture District and to rezoned approximately14.11 acres from the A-1, Agriculture District to the A-2, Transitional Agriculture District.
