ITEMS OF BUSINESS:

1.

Discuss and consider for approval adding Blended Learning, HeartSaver in the amount of $40.00 to the current American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center Fees. Christi Hilliker, EMS Chief.

2.

Consider the approval of rezoning application #2303-2039 (Madl) to rezone approximately 10.01 acres from the A-1, Agriculture District to the R-E, Residential Estate District. Pat Toth, Planning & Building Director.

3.

Consider approval of Special Use Permit Application #2303-2042 (Brayman) to allow for the operation of a grooming facility in an R-E, Residential Estate Zoning District. Pat Toth, Planning & Building Director.

4.

Consider amending the Franklin County Zoning Regulations to add an addendum granting a temporary moratorium on the planning, establishment, construction, application for or permitting of any Special Use Permits for Commercial Wind Energy Conversion Systems in the unincorporated areas of Franklin County, Kansas until December 31, 2026. 5.

Consider approving the submittal of two applications for the 2025 Kansas Department of Transportation Local Off-System Bridge Program and one application for the 2024 Kansas Local Bridge Improvement Program. W. David Lee, Public Works Director.
