Discuss the EMD Re-Accreditation of ACE that the Franklin County ECC achieved. Consider for approval Proclamation for Telecommunications Week. Sarah Peffly, Emergency Communications Director.

2.

Consider awarding the 2023 Dust Control Project to Scotwood Industries, Inc. in the amount of $1.36 per gallon. W. David Lee, Public Works Director.

3.

Consider awarding the corrugated metal pipe bid to Welborn Sales, Inc. for 43 various size pipes in the amount of $19,977.12 and the high density polypropylene pipe to CONMAT, Inc. for 34 various size pipes in the amount of $24,213.09. W. David Lee, Public Works Director.

4.

Consider the approval of rezoning application #2211-2017 (Bowling) to rezone approximately 5.125 acres from the A-1, Agriculture District to the R-E, Residential Estate District and to rezone approximately 35.120 acres from the A-1, Agriculture District to the A-2, Transitional Agriculture District. Approval of Special Use Permit Application #2301-2032 (Tillman Infrastructure) to allow for the construction, operation and maintenance of a 185-foot high telecommunication tower in an A-1 (Agriculture) Zoning District. Pat Toth, Planning & Building Director.

Approval of Special Use Permit Application #2301-2034 (PK Towing & Recovery II, LLC) to allow for the operation of a tow lot and public auction facility in an I-1, Light Industrial Zoning District. Pat Toth, Planning & Building Director.

7.

Approval of Special Use Permit Application #2302-2037 (Plug Power) to allow for the installation and operation of a 18,000-gallon liquid hydrogen storage tank and ancillary dispensing equipment in an I-1, Light Industrial Zoning District. Pat Toth, Planning & Building Director.
