Due to the ongoing pandemic involving COVID-19, and based upon recent guidance from Franklin County Public Health Officer, Dr. Bud Ransom, these meetings will continue to be held via teleconference. While the Commissioners and select County staff will be in the Commission Chambers, everyone else will be participating via telephone. Members of the public who show up for the meeting will not be permitted to enter the Chambers at this time. If you wish to watch the meeting in real time, it will be livestreamed on the Franklin County KS Government YouTube channel. If you wish to make a public comment or otherwise listen to the meeting by telephone, please contact Janet Paddock at 785-229-3415 and she will make arrangements for you to be on the conference call. Per the County's normal procedure, video of the meeting will be posted at www.franklincoks.org/agendacenter, at the conclusion of the meeting. Per the recommendation of Dr. Ransom, the Board of County Commissioners intends to discuss and reassess allowing members of the public to attend meetings in person at the regularly scheduled meeting on April 28, 2021.
