A citizen desiring to speak on an item not on the agenda may do so at this time.  Discussion is limited to five minutes and the Commission will not take action or discuss items at this time. Discussion should be limited to matters of County Commission business and public comment is not permitted in regard to personnel matters or on pending legal matters.  Items introduced under 'Public Comment' may become agenda items at a later date.

Request for 3 replacement vehicles, in the rotation cycle. Sheriff Richards and Undersheriff Lasswell.

Discuss and consider for approval adding American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center Fees to the current fee schedule. Christi Hilliker, EMS Chief.

3.

Consider for approval the Annual Noxious Weed Eradication Progress Report 2023. Pat Campbell, Noxious Weed Superintendent.

4.

Consider approving Tire Bid No. 1, 2, & 6 to Heartland Tire of Kansas City in the amount of $29,426.50, Tire Bid No. 3 & 4 to Pomps Tire Service in the amount of $7,300.06 and Tire Bid No. 5 to Conlan Tire in the amount of $2,010.00. W. David Lee, Public Works Director.

Consider holding a Public Hearing on March 8th to consider upgrading the 400 to 550 Block of Texas Road north of Butler Terrace to full maintenance. W. David Lee, Public Works Director.

Consider the approval of rezoning application #2301-2024 (Doherty) to rezone approximately 75.00 acres, commonly known as 1803 Vermont Road, from the A-1, Agriculture District to the R-E, Residential Estate District. Pat Toth, Planning & Building Director.
