Consider the approval of rezoning application #2205-1966 (Rebecca Goad) to rezone approximately 69.12-acres from A-1, Agriculture District to A-2, Transitional Agriculture District. Kenneth Cook, Director of Planning and Building.

3.

Consider the approval of rezoning application #2206-1971 (Smith) to rezone approximately 10.93 acres from an A-1 (Agriculture) District to an R-E (Residential Estate) District. Kenneth Cook, Director of Planning and Building.

4.

Consider the approval of rezoning application #2206-1974 (Greenwood Cemetery & Greenwood Baptist Church) to rezone approximately 3.00-acres from R-3A, Single Family Residential Three Acre District to A-2, Transitional Agriculture District. Kenneth Cook, Director of Planning and Building.

5.

Approval of amendments to the Franklin County Zoning Regulations Sections 2-1.01, 4-5.02, 5-5.02, 6-5.02, 7-5.02, 8-5.02 and 25-1.02 of the Franklin County Zoning Regulations. These changes are primarily for the purpose of addressing setback requirements for buildings and structures within unincorporated areas of Franklin County, Kansas. Consider approving the purchase of two 2022 140-15AWJ Motor Graders from Foley Equipment in the amount of $500,000.00 ($245,000 & $255,000). W. David Lee, Director of Public Works.
