Consider approving received bids for Noxious Weed 2019 chemicals. Peg Pearson, Interim Solid Waste Director

Approval of Rezoning Application #1901-1643 (Newton) to rezone 3.00 acres from A-2 (Transitional Agriculture) to R-3A (Single Family Residential Three Acre) and to rezone approximately 19.49 acres from A-2 (Transitional Agricultural) to R-E (Residential Estate) Zoning District and to grant a Rule Exception for the Lot Length To Width Ratio as provided in Article 8, Section 8-1.01 of the County Subdivision Regulations.
