Consider Special Use Permit Application #2210-2003 (Evergy) to allow for the construction and operation of an electrical substation on approximately 13.166 acres in an A-1 (Agriculture) Zoning District. The property is commonly known as 2200 Texas Road. Pat Toth, Planning & Building Director.

Discuss and consider for approval charges for nurse practitioner and diabetes/nutrition services. Brenda Pfizenmaier, Public Health Director.

3.

Discuss and consider for approval adding EMR, EMT, and AEMT Initial Courses of Instruction to the current fee schedule. Christi Hilliker, EMS Chief.

4.

Discussion of implementing a county-wide Naloxone use policy for dissemination to schools and other entities named in Kansas State Statute 65-16,127 Emergency opioid antagonists...rules and regulations. Christi Hilliker, EMS Chief.

Consider holding a Public Hearing on March 8th to consider upgrading the 400 to 550 Block of Texas Road north of Butler Terrace to full maintenance. W. David Lee, Public Works Director.
