Consider approval of the FY2022 Adult 2nd Quarter Budget Adjustment. Dustin Browning, Director of Community Corrections.

Consider the approval of rezoning application #2109-1929 (Wiseman) to rezone approximately 33.85 acres from an A-1 (Agriculture) District to an A-2 (Transitional Agriculture) District and to rezone approximately 7.00 acres from A-1 (Agriculture) District to an R-E (Residential Estate) District. Consider the approval of rezoning application #2112-1943 (RCLA Properties, LLC) to rezone approximately 3.70 acres from R-E, Residential Estate District to the A-1, Agricultural District; to rezone approximately 5.44 acres from the A-2, Transitional Agriculture District to the R-E, Residential Estate District; and to rezone approximately 14.67 acres from the A-2, Transitional Agriculture District to the A-1, Agriculture District. Consider approval of amendments to the Franklin County Zoning Regulations to include provisions to comply with construction standards and use regulations of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for development within the Special Flood Hazard Areas (100 year Floodplain) as shown on the Federal Insurance Rate Maps FIRM) effective March 8, 2022. Consider the approval of rezoning application #2109-1911 (Barry) to rezone approximately 3.00 acres from the A-2, Transitional Agriculture District to the R-3A, Single Family Residential District. Kenneth Cook, Director of Planning & Building.

Consider Acceptance of dedications for the Final Plat of Berry Addition. Kenneth Cook, Director of Planning & Building.

9.

Consider approving a proposal from SCS Engineers to install three new Groundwater Monitoring Wells in the amount of $22,200. W. David Lee, Director of Public Works.

10.

Consider for approval awarding the bid for the 2022 Chip Seal Project to Vance Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $969,073.75 for the CM-L chip option. W. David Lee, Director of Public Works.

11.

Consider for approval awarding the bid for the 2022 Painted Pavement Marking Project to Straight-Line Striping, Inc. in the amount of $50,410. W. David Lee, Director of Public Works.

12.

Consider holding a Public Hearing on March 2, 2022 to consider vacating 2650-2800 Utah Road from the north right-of-way of Kingman Terrace north to a point 25 feet south of the steel truss bridge described in Franklin County Resolution #12-15. W. David Lee, Director of Public Works.
