Consider for approval entering into the Real Estate and Personal Property Lease with the Ransom Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees. Derek Brown, County Administrator.

Consider for approval Resolution No 19-___ confirming the RMH Board of Trustees' authority to lease Ransom Memorial Hospital and certain of its operations to Adventist Health System. Derek Brown, County Administrator.
3.
Consider Approval of Special Use Permit Application #1811-1633 (His Way Ministries) amending Special Use Permit #SX-0012 to include the construction and use of five (5) new visitor/guest cabins, recreation facility, equipment storage shed and prayer chapel in an “A-1” (Agriculture) Zone.
